Shipping Policy
Item are shipped from our home office in the U.S. with 24-48 hours. This service is free to those living in the U.S. and not requesting express shipment of any kind. For those of you living in Alaska, Hawaii and throughout the rest of the planet, there is a shipping charge that will be calculated upon check out.
USPS- the United States Postal Service is our carrier for items shipped free of charge, for all other items, UPS will be the carrier. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.
Express shipping is available for additional costs as well.
Holiday shipping: We will be able to deliver holiday ordered items on time if you choose items that are in stock and give us 5 shipping days. So, for Christmas you would need to place your order no later than December 20th for standard shipping and December 21st for express. We will work with you as much as possible to get your items to you when needed at holiday time.
After receipt of payment, you item(s) will be sent out within 48 hours if they are in stock. Out of stock items, or speciality ordered items will take up to two weeks to deliver. Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 8-5pm MST.
We do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Return Policy
At scarf galaxy, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. We have implemented our 15 day money back guarantee, free exchange policy and timely refunds. In the event you are not completely satisfied, simply return your purchase within 15 days from the receipt date. We will be glad to issue you an immediate refund for the cost of your returned product(s) (with the understanding that cost of your shipping to us is not included in the refund amount). Credit will be issued to the same bankcard account as the original purchase.
All items returned must be sent in their original packaging in "as new" condition, and not be used or damaged in any way. Your package should be wrapped and mailed to us. Again, we will not accept any worn or customer-damaged items. Please include a copy of your receipt and send your return to:

You can also make an exchange with a scarf of similar value or a greater value and pay the difference at the time you return your item.
Returns made after 15 days will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
